Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

Trips are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule for a different available date at least 15 days prior to your scheduled trip. Keep in mind that dates are limited, so it is best to plan ahead.
No-Shows
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled trip without notice are not eligible for a refund.
Company Cancellations & Weather Exceptions
Safety is our top priority. Trips may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of Fish Lake Outfitters. In the event of unsafe conditions due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected season closures, we reserve the right to reschedule, cancel trips, or cut them short of scheduled time.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made 15 days or more before the trip date may be accommodated, subject to availability. Requests made less than 15 days before the trip may be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable. We will do our best to find a reschedule date that works for both parties.
